trapezoids
Trapezoidal Plates can be produced from galvanized sheet metal or aluminum, with or without coil coating paint, in different thicknesses. It is used in single layer without thermal insulation or multi-layer roof and wall applications with thermal insulation laid between two trapezoids.
In systems applied by insulating between two trapezoids, distance determining purlins are used between them. A vapor barrier should be used to prevent water vapor and condensation that may come from inside the lower trapezoid. The intermediate purlin, and therefore the upper load of the roof, must be transferred to the carrier construction of the building by means of flat bars, without loading the lower trapezoid. Min on Mt. 1 Lama should be used. EPS, XPS, Polyurethane, Rockwool and Glasswool plates are used as thermal insulation.
In mineral wool thermal insulation, a vapor balancer should be used on the upper surface of the plate. Thermal bridges between distance adjusting profiles and trapezoids should be prevented with insulation tapes.
